This back to basics class is for the beginner yogi, the yogi who would like to get back into yoga after some time away and the curious yogi who would like to learn more about the other layers of yoga. A holistic mind, body and spirit practice that is Akhanda Yoga based with the principles of breathwork, sound work, (mantras, chanting), asanas, (shapes), meditation and yogic wisdom. This class will explore asanas with expert cues and the use of props, (walls, blocks, straps, ect) to help with exploring each shape in your own unique way. Bring an open mind and heart!!
